Summary: This is one of my favorites in Switzerland. It is a modern new hotel with excellent staff and amenities. This is the best value in Switzerland.

Summary: We had a great experience at the Ameron. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in advising us on activities and transport around the area. The facilities were very clean and the spa area extremely good and welcoming, and never crowded. The location is quite convenient being just close to Parsenn and at 10 minutes bus ride to Jackobshorn. Recommend it!

Summary: Nice hotel but service was patchy and a bit bizarre at times. Beds for the kids weren’t made up for our arrival and then the receptionist ended up having to do it because housekeeping had gone home. Checkin was lengthy. A shame to have no real wood fire in the bar, just a weird artificial one that doesn’t put out heat. Spa manager shouted at the kids for being in the pool past 6pm when reception told us that was ok. Otherwise, nice rooms, location, food etc. just a bit haphazard on the service side.
